Jackson, MS | Chicago, IL | Minneapolis, MN
In this online series, each of us dives into our professional fields and explores the potential and imaginary links to science.
How do you ponder the phenomena around you?
We held this show in the General Mills Building (Minneapolis), which was formally constructed as a testing lab in 1929. Imagine the scientists who walked through these halls almost 100 years ago. Home of the first skyway in the Twin Cities. Here the many offices and studios represent the former experimental sites of scientists all pondering phenomena from flour to torpedos.
We invited guests to work their way around the show where we each covered the areas we ponder artistically and scientifically.
I SMELL ROSES
In this show, we combined paint, animation, poetry, and storytelling to explore the body, specifically how we alchemize the pain we feel inside of ourselves.
